TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Turnaround Time
* Standard Delivery: Photos and 3D tours are delivered within 1 business day after the shoot. * Weekend Policy: Saturday shoots are delivered by Monday morning. * Reel Videos: Delivered within 1-2 business days.
2. Copyright & Usage Rights
* Ownership: Joshua J Williams Imagery LLC owns all media created. * License: You are granted a limited license to use the media while you are actively marketing the listing. * Restrictions: Media cannot be reused, resold, or transferred to another listing without permission.
3. Short-Term Rental & Commercial Use
* Restricted Use: Media may not be used for Airbnb, Vrbo, or any short-term rental or commercial use without approval. * Commercial License: A separate agreement and fee are required for any commercial or rental usage.
4. Domain Name Policy
* Non-Refundable: Domain purchases are non-refundable once the custom URL has been created.
5. Reshoot Policy
* Reshoot Fee: If only part of the home needs to be reshot due to changes after the original shoot (cleaning, staging, landscaping, etc.), a $50 reshoot fee applies. If the entire property needs to be reshot, it will be billed as a new shoot at full price. * Non-Error Reshoots: Any reshoot not caused by photographer error will follow the pricing above.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
* Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 1 hour of the shoot may be charged a $50 fee. * No-Show: If the property is not ready or accessible at arrival, a $50 no-show fee may apply.
7. Weather Policy
* Standard Conditions: Shoots will proceed in normal conditions (cloudy or overcast) unless requested otherwise. * Severe Weather: If weather is too poor (heavy rain or strong wind), you can reschedule at no cost.
8. MLS & Marketing Compliance
* Property Lines: Any lot lines shown are for reference only and may not be exact. Always verify with official records. * Virtual Edits: Any virtually staged or enhanced images must be disclosed in the MLS. Compliance is the agent’s responsibility.
9. Travel Fee Policy
* A $25 travel fee applies to North Las Vegas, eastern Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, and Beatty. * Locations outside normal service areas may require a custom travel quote.
10. Same-Day Delivery Policy
* Same-day delivery applies to standard photo packages only. * Add-ons like virtual staging, twilight edits, floor plans, 3D tours, and video are not included. * Must be selected at booking and is subject to availability. * Later shoots or larger jobs may be delivered the following morning.
